Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.EligibilityEntrants must be aged 18 years or over and residents of New Zealand. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, dealers, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse (including de facto), parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses.How to EnterTo enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:Scan the Competition QR code located at the Omoda Jaecoo activation at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Corner of Mayoral Drive & Vincent Street, Auckland 1010.Complete the entry form including name, email address, phone number and other relevant details.Submit the entry form during the Promotion Period. Each entrant may submit one entry only. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries submitted via duplicate accounts will be invalid.Game of ChanceThis Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in selecting the winner. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 11 May 2026 at the Promoter’s offices in Auckland, New Zealand.The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.PrizeThe Winner will win one (1) Knuefermann gift voucher valued at NZD $1,500 (Total Prize Pool: NZD $1,500).Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.Winner NotificationWinners will be notified by email on 11 May 2026. Winners must provide their full name, contact number, and email address for delivery of the prize. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the Promoter redraw the prize, as determined by the Promoter.The Promoter is not responsible for non-delivery of the prize due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by winners.GeneralIf the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant and/or to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, subject to any relevant regulatory requirements.
